Venika recently completed her law degree at Chandigarh University and is now pursuing a Master’s in Corporate Law at Amity University, Punjab. With a strong academic foundation in corporate law and a growing interest in legal recruitment, she supports both sales and delivery functions. Her legal training allows her to understand client requirements and evaluate candidate potential for successful hiring. Venika combines her corporate law expertise with a keen interest in people-oriented work. Alvira holds a Master’s in Business Law (LLM) and has 6+ years of teaching and mentoring experience. At Legal Kapital, she supports sourcing and placement of top legal talent, leveraging her strong communication, research, and analytical skills. Previously, she worked with the Placement Cell of an Edtech company, assisting in candidate outreach and client support. Her legal background and contract drafting expertise fuel her passion for connecting skilled professionals with innovative organizations. Outside work, she enjoys reading in cafés over a good cup of coffee.
